Ive had this throbbing mostly in my upper not here stomach. It hasnt gone away. Its been approaching that for about 3 or so hours. I also perceive nauseated. The pain is still one and the same. I am pretty sure its not gas pains. That doesn't sound well-mannered. Maybe get it checked out. Three hours of sustained discomfort should be checked out by a GP or other medical professional.
gallstones maybe or gas. Have you tried an antacid? It could possibly be heartburn too
