For Medical-
Doctors will give you prescriptions. Thats pretty much the solitary place to get it from. They are trust worthy because they know the exact amount you involve and also know it's pure and it's not laced next to anything
Illegally-
It's very uncomplicated to grow your own. It's hard to get hold of the seeds.
Many various student in lofty school do business. If you are on a search to find those. Just ask around from kids who look like they smoke it.
