i saw the val slide on extra, its a pad for the bottom of your foot to slide rear legs and forth. cannot find out where to purchase the pad. if anyone knows what i'm discussion about please help out. its to tone your legs. Found the Val Slide at Target for 21.97. It is a set of two with covers and a case.
I have looked everywhere on splash, including EBay, which has none, and Amazon which is showing out of stock. I'd be interested also if anyone can find it. There is a similar item w/same designation used by hockey players for practice, but it wouldn't include the DVD from the trainer, Valerie, just a important exercise booklet.
