What are fall arches? How do you know if you hold them?

Fallen arches are the same entry as flat feet. I know because I hold them. It means that, to some extent than your feet forming a nice arch on the bottom, yours are flat. You can especially communicate with a drizzling footprint. Normal feet own a rounded section missing contained by the instep, but a person near flat feet looks resembling a duck walked through. If you enjoy them you will often hold a lot of distress in your foot in the morning because the arch tendons carry tight overnight and when you stand on them they will tear and lead to pain. Eventually this can front to a bone spur. See a podiatrist if you suspect you have this. You might enjoy to be fitted with orthotic supports for your shoes.
Yea, what he said. And you can prolly trial yourself by stepping in sand or mud and next examining your footprint to see if it is flat.
