The directions are pretty confusing for me to understand. It say "2 or 3 sprays in respectively nostril, not more often than every 10 to 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 doses surrounded by 24 hours."
Whats the difference between doses and sprays? It would be nice of someone could rephrase the whole direction so it would be easier for me to grasp. Thank You When you spray 2 or 3 times in respectively nostril, that is considered as a dose. So for respectively dose you can spray two or three times in respectively nostril depending on how many sprays you have a feeling you need. What they don't want you to do is to spray two or three times within each nostril on more than two occasion during a 24 hour period.
A dose is 2-3 sprays per side----don't use more than 3 sprays at one time In respectively side
and don't use spray more than 2 times a day.
