Weed and a melt sensation?

Ok so I don't smoke a lot possibly 6 or 7 times every year. But the last time I did I tingled and I get a warm fancy every so often. Why? I don't suggest that it happened to the race that I was near, but I could be wrong THC in marijuana cause vasodilation (that is why it is good for glaucoma--reduced intraocular pressure) or dilation of the blood vessel. This was probably the impose of the warm and tingly mental state.
