What are the effects upon vigour of famine of physical pursuit? What are the simptoms?

Hey
Lack of exercise can cause a yawning array of problems, but it all really depends on how much exercise you are poor. Your diet, genetics and history adjectives contribute to how much you will be affected by the shortage of exercise. The length of time you are actually at leisure is also a major contributor. For example someone who have broken a leg but was relatively busy before the injury will be artificial differently from someone who has other been at rest.
From your question i'm assuming your chitchat about the average guy who is not awfully active, is unbelievably stressed at work and probably relies on fast foods. People similar to this will firstly suffer from things such as:
Anxiety
Headaches
Weakened immune systems
Inability to get a proper night sleep
Eventually this combination of lack of exercise and consumption of an seedy diet will cause more serious problems such as:
Depression
Atherosclerosis (high blood pressure)
Weight gain
Chronic insomnia
High cholesterol
If the problem is not fixed later the last stages could be:
Heart attack
stroke
Pulmonary embolism
Studies enjoy shown that stress alone can reduce an average individuals life by 8 years. However a character can turn their life around at any point. All it take is little motivation and an aim, to be fit, happy and robust
I hope that helps
