Tmj cramp! any accommodating info?

Does anybody have a early fix for TMJ pain.Sometimes I consistency as if my eyes are going to pop out of my head near the pressure and my facial muscles etc are also annoying,dizzy spells,blurred vision.I wear a splint every darkness.I also have extraordinarily bad collar and shoulder pain.Which is cause which?Heat,Cold and everthing else you can think of I hold tried See a chiropractor or osteopath that does manipulation. Your other symptoms are also related... you have a problem next to your upper cervical vertebra.
