Most probable the toe is fractured. Can you move it? If not, it is. But there would be a great deal of bruising and swelling if you did. It could be jammed and stuck in place...try pulling on it or hold a parent do so. You will just own to wear a brace for a few weeks...everything will be fine. The tarsal (toe) bones are not very strong and can break drastically easily. With the force you applied by hitting the wall it could own knocked it incompatible or split the bone. I know you don't want to go to the doctor but it's the with the sole purpose way you'll get the impression better, plus they can give you throbbing medication.
Get well soon!
Well I basically had a broken toe and can update you that it will turn colors and bruise if you fractured it. You probably just jammed it a bit and it should be fine. If it continues hurting after a couple days or turns colors or swells it may be broken. In that grip I would contact a doctor but they can't do anything except give you a special shoe to wear.
