i am a 14 year old girl...the something like three days ago my arm randomly started hurting really discouraging. it is like my upper/mid arm above my elbow...below my shoulder. it feels liek it is severly bruised or something..but the point is there is no bruise! also i cant muse over doing anything to it. so i have no belief why it hurts so bad it be three day and it hasnt gotton any better! it hurts when i touch it and when i bend my arm.
so yeah do you know what it might be..motive it really annoying and it hurts It might be a sprain or a dislocated bone or a pulled muscle ask your doctor he/she might know?
put ice on it
