I had a mishap and i terminated up with my toenail lift up at a 90 degree angle. I pulled it past its sell-by date since it wasnt going to reattach. This was a couple days ago and the staple bed is still blood red and its painful to step. How long until it will scab over/heal. Will it hurt until the toenail grows back? Or lately until it heals? Is in that anyway to make it make well quicker? You should be seeing a Podiatrist. He will treat you and take comfort of your Toe nail. If you are competent to lie down and elevate your foot, supported by pillows,raise above your heart, you will notice that the backache will soon be gone.
the Doctor will treat the exposed area, and plaster it with special tube wrapping in direct to give it some protection , pass you some pain drug, and may have you stay bad your foot
Your new fastener will grow, and in time you will not be capable of tell the difference that this have ever happened, It does bear time.
