Trouble speaking and deeply confused whats thew proble?

ie have thoroughly slurred speech and difficulty walking. kinda like ive be drinking but i haven't because. of it i keep forgetting things. i hang on to getting random past its sell-by date an on headaches and dosing on and bad to sleep. my legs feel vastly numb
i took some ibuprofen earlier is that what is cause this
will sme pain killer help or anythhg
sry if this ? is confusing exceedingly slepepy You need to dance to the ER right away. Those symptoms are typical of a serious neurological problem. A very serious concern I might add.
Go to the ER or even phone call 911. Whatever it is, it's serious. It could be a stroke or something else with the brain.
