Unexplained subsidise agony?

So, I'm 19, and have have back aching since I was 6. I've have x-rays, bone scans, cat scan, MRIs, and even went through phsyical psychoanalysis, to no avail.
The past two months, the affliction generalized in my lower pay for, on the sides of my spine (as opposed to everywhere), and I save getting shooting pains down my leg. It used to only be resembling once or twice a day, but presently it's like, 20 times a sunshine, and the "shooting" pains take a loooong time to.. shoot... similar to, up to 20 mins before the cramp subsides. It's mostly in my vanished side, and the other day, I started to pace to the bathroom, and my left leg give out, and I fell.
Don't know if it's related but I also have a unlikeable habbit of blacking out when I crack my back (which they told me be vertigo)
Does anyone know what this might be and if it's serious? I don't have strength insurance and would like to avoid Dr.s as much as possible. Any suggestions (legal :p) for headache management? (Over the counter NSAIDS don't touch me) Sounds similar to your Syatic nerve!! Go see your loved ones doctor and he'll give you anti-inflammatories and Muscle Relaxants!!
I'd first ask what,if anything , you remember occurring when you were 6 and the put a bet on pain begin. It sounds very serious. And from someone who know all too ably the frustration of Dr after Dr and test after exam with no answers,I grasp your frustration.
Have you tried massage psychotherapy (has really worked with my spinal column pain),chiropractic ,holoistic medicine? If you'd resembling I could probably give you some thinking on what/where you can try for yourself having no insurance. Been in that, am there! lol!
Take Care!
