I was shoveling sand today nought too strenuous and now there's this sharp discomfort in the middle of the moved out side of my back. The throbbing comes and goes whenever I use the muscles within that area. It make it nearly impossible to do any shoveling or heavy lifting. My body have actually developed a sideways curve for some pretext. I guess because my muscles in that nouns are so sensitive now i'm smoothly curving to avoid stretching them, but how long will this take to make well? Will a good night sleep and some muscle relaxers help? Try that, but if it doesn't restore to health in a couple weeks shift to the doctor. Strenuous work with lifting and bending can sometimes grounds a herniated disk to form in your rear which often requires surgery. Back problems can bring a while to heal so try to thieve it easy for a couple weeks and if its still not better, than impart your doctor a call.
Go to a chiropractor. Ice will relieve reduce inflammation - aspirin too. Calcium also help with sore muscles and/or muscle cramps. But the chiropractor will realign you, you won't obligation drugs, and the results will be dramatic.
