Unusual stomach-ache surrounded by groin?

Noticed this the last two times i've be stood in the shower. First time it be on my left, this dull smarting in my groin (where the thigh join the pelvis) and feeling sick, soon go away once i'd sat down. Same again, just on my right 2 days later, again foreboding sick.
Anyone got even the faintest conception what this might be?! how old are you it could be growing pains
