Tonsillectomy side effects surrounded by children?

My child is four and had a tonsillectomy.It's be a week after her surgery and she is healing relatively. She seems to be joyous and acts her usual self throughout the day. However, she have been wake up several times during the night crying for give or take a few a minute and suddenly going back to sleep minus a problem. She says nil hurts, but it just seem very out of the ordinary. Her doctor said it was portion of the healing process. I'm a bit concerned just about this. Concern is OK, but there is nought to worry almost unless it continues for an extended period of time or doesn't move about away.
Your child has be through a physical and emotional trauma that vanished her with a itchy condition to deal near. She is probably reliving some of that trauma in her dreams,( description of a mini post-traumatic stress syndrome.) Whenever she wakes up crying, simply hold her and reassure her that everything that hurt her is surrounded by the past and that she will soon forget adjectives about it. Talking to your child when she is within that "gray zone" between wake and sleep is an opportunity for you to insert the suggestion in her brain that adjectives is well. She'll soon replace the belief of uncomfortable trauma with reassurance that adjectives is well. Just keep hold of on being Mom!
