ugh, I have throbbing throbbing in these areas. Its unyielding for me to sleep, and I wake up surrounded by the middle of the night near unbearable backache in these places. Ive have it since Christmas day (go figure) and own never had it until that time. whats wrong? Without a whole lot of information, my first guess is a sinus infection. If it is adjectives on one side of your face that could be the crust. You can try some over the counter decongestants like Sudafed (if you enjoy any medical conditions or allergies please seek the counsel of a doctor first)
I just get over one myself and it sounds like that. If the medication doesn't help, plainly get checked out.
